Green Country Conservation Alliance (GCCA) is a private, not-for-profit organization chartered for the conservation of Northeast Oklahoma's waterways, wildlife, and habitats. Formed by Green Country citizens who were concerned about Spavinaw Creek's water quality, stream bank erosion, and floodwater impact, GCCA has sought to partner with other concerned citizens, tribes, organizations, municipalities and state and federal agencies to address the concerns for Spavinaw Creek. There is a lot of work to be done to conserve this beautiful Oklahoma treasure.

How do we work?

Partnering with Local Communities

By nurturing relationships with likeminded organizations and private individuals, we hope to unlock new sources of capital and scale up our work far beyond what traditional funding can do alone.

Shaped by a drive to conserve Green Country's Spavinaw Creek watershed, we affect change by bringing together practical solutions, policy expertise, sustainable financing and collaborative partnerships.

Finance & Investing

To make a lasting impact, we know that we must actively engage and include the communities we are seeking to help. We are continually learning and growing in how we show up as an authentic, ethical partner.
